At Actech we service all types of crushing, screening, and material processing equipment with aftermarket parts and components. We have long time relation ships with many manufacturer and venders that alloy us to offer quality products with competitive pricing.
WEARPARTS
We have our own foundry as well as relationships with many other foundries for supply of chrome white iron parts for impact crushers chute liners and washing and mixing equipment, and manganese steel castings for jaw crushers, cone crushers, hammermills and other equipment
VSI COMPONENTS AND WEAR PARTS
In addition to manufacturing our own VSI product line, we also manufacture service and supply spare parts and after-sales service for all other VSIs on the market, including wearing parts, bearing pedestals, tables, rotors, anvil rings, etc. rebuilding bearing pedestals, tables, and rotors is standard business for us.
HIGH CHROME CHUTE LINERS
We manufacture cast chute liners both in some standard sizes or can custom make them to fit your application. We can make them attach in different ways, with a plow bolt, a hex head bolt or tapered head bolt, or we can put a “Heli Coil” or threaded insert into them. we can also make them with a slide in wedge fit design. We cast them in 25% chrome white iron and in our proprietary “Stout Wear” 800 Brinell alloy. Because of the high wear resistance and hardness of these alloys, this material usually outlasts AR400 Plate 5 to 1 with a similar cost. These liners have been very popular and successful in large copper and gold mines.
