In Dallesport Foundry Corporation (DFC). We specialize in high chromium white iron castings. DFC originally began serving the vertical shaft impact crusher market in 1993 and over the years has expanded from our core into the recycling, mining, coal and asphalt markets. With customers all over the world, we are small enough to react quickly to customer needs, but big enough to meet your expectations.

Dallesport Foundry offers in-house pattern facilities with the ability to quickly build quality, low-cost patterns; allowing us to efficiently customize existing castings for better performance and produce castings for R&D projects at low cost for you. Our team of experts has the field experience that allows us to design and engineer custom castings to withstand harsh work environments. Our use of spectrographic analysis and ultrasound ensures that the parts leaving our facilities are of the highest quality. To further ensure our high standards, we maintain a 100% white iron facility; avoiding the falls of changing between alloys.

Experience

  • At DFC, we have over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of wear-resistant castings. This experience allows us to design chrome iron castings to withstand harsh environments and improve performance and life.

  • We can typically take an OEM style part and redesign it to improve a casting to fit a specific customer's application. We then adjust the casting to improve service life with little to no additional cost to the customer.

Quality

  • Each heat is verified prior to pouring with spectrographic metal analyzer equipment to ensure alloy specification.

  • All castings are jig fit and randomly ultrasonic and hardness tested before shipment.

  • With 25 years of experience in the rock crushing industry, we can help design white iron castings to suit difficult applications.
