At Dallesport Foundry Corporation (DFC) we specialize in High Chrome, white iron castings. DFC originally started serving the Vertical Shaft Impact crusher market in 1993 and over the years have expanded from our core into recycling, mining, coal, and asphalt markets. With customers across the globe, we are small enough to react quickly to customer needs, yet large enough to fulfill your expectations.

Dallesport Foundry offers in-house pattern facilities with the ability to quickly build low cost quality patterns; allowing us to efficiently customize existing castings for better performance and produce castings for R&D projects at low cost to you. Our knowledgeable team has the field experience to enable us to design and engineer custom castings to withstand harsh work environments. Our use of spectrographic analysis and ultrasound assures that parts leaving our facility are of the highest quality. To further assure our high standards we maintain a 100% white iron facility; avoiding the downfalls of switching between alloys.

Quality Wear Parts for Over 25 Years

At Dallesport Foundry, we specialize in high chrome, white iron castings for the aggregate and wood industries. We offer O.E.M style replacement parts, as well as custom or improved design castings and components for better performance and wear life.

At Dallesport Foundry we have over 25 years experience designing and manufacturing VSI parts. We use this experience to develop higher performance wear parts for VSI, HSI and Hammer Mill type crushers.

We will usually take an O.E.M. style part and redesign it to improve the wear life, or we can improve a casting to fit a specific customer’s application. We then adjust the casting to improve the wear life with little or no additional cost to the customer.

We also have the ability to help you with the application of your crusher and replacement components.


  • Each heat is checked prior to pouring with spectrographic metals analyzer equipment to ensure alloy specification.
  • All castings are Jig fit and randomly ultrasound tested prior to shipping.
