ACTECH Reclaim/Surge Tunnels and Feeders

We manufacture modular steel tunnel systems, with internal conveyors and bolt-on vibrating pan feeders. The tunnels are built in bolt-together sections in order to make them easy to re-purpose or lengthen. Our standard tunnels are 8’ tall by 10’ wide and are engineered for your desired pile height, T.P.H. and feed size. Internal conveyors are 30”-48” depending on tons-per-hour. Belt feeders are 30”-42” and range from 200 T.P.H. to 2,000 T.P.H. Additional custom sizes are available.
