Super-Duty Belt Feeders

When the material handling gets extreme, our Super Duty Belt Feeders deliver unmatched performance. These short feed belts are specifically designed for the demanding environments of surge tunnels or for use under hoppers of large silos and cold feed systems.

Engineered for Reliability and Efficiency

  • Robust Components: They feature live shaft rubber disc rollers under the loading zone and highly efficient Sumitomo right angle gear reducers.

  • Complete Package: In most applications, they are supplied ready-to-work with a feed chute, side skirts, and a belt cleaner.

  • Easy Maintenance: Installation is simplified with a design that allows for side installation of a pre-vulcanized belt. Plus, a centralized grease system lubricates all bearings from one convenient point.

  • Modular & Removable: Built with a modular design that allows them to be supported from the tunnel roof. The feed chute can be installed through the top of the tunnel for easy removal and replacement.

  • Proven Capacity: These feeders successfully handle both gravel and shot rock up to 12 inches in size, with the ability to accept longer slabs.
