ACTECH Dry Wash System: The Newest Technology
ACTECH has developed a system that can produce clean manufactured concrete sand without using water to wash out fines. This system is capable of handling material down to approximately 200 mesh, which traditionally would require water washing.
The system utilizes air and a vacuum process to move material through the system. As the material is processed, fines and dust are separated. Dust is collected in a baghouse, where ultrafine particles are captured and removed from the material stream. The remaining material is then passed through cyclones, where it is classified and separated based on size and density.
