Conveyor systems
Actech manufactures standard and custom transportation systems including frames, channels, towables, stackers and feeders. Our engineering team designs conveyor systems using 3D modeling tools, allowing you to visualize and simulate how your final system will operate.
Tunnels and feeders
We manufacture modular steel tunnel systems, with internal conveyors and bolt-on vibrating plate feeders. The tunnels are built in bolted sections to make them easy to reuse or lengthen. Our standard tunnels measure 8' high by 10' wide and are designed for the desired pile height, T.P.H. and food size. Internal conveyors are 30”-48” depending on tons per hour. Belt feeders are 30”-42” and range from 200 T.P.H. to 2,000 T.P.H. Inclined and horizontal screens and screen plants
Actech can provide a wide variety of aggregate and organic screening equipment to suit your needs; Styles include horizontal, inclined, trommel, and vibrating screens and feeders.
Portable and stationary plants
Actech custom manufactures portable aggregate plants. Styles include portable VSI crushing plants, primary jaw crushing plants, portable cone crushing plants, portable screening plants and portable conveyors that can be configured to create a complete processing system.

Ship and barge loading and unloading systems
Actech has experience in designing and supplying economical solutions for permanent and temporary loading and unloading systems of all types of bulk materials, including wood pellets and chips, coal, scrap metal, minerals and concentrates, aggregates, etc. We are highly skilled at reaching creative solutions, can respond quickly and work well with port staff.

Actech can provide a wide variety of aggregate washing plants to suit your needs. Each plant is designed to meet your needs.
