ACTECH Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers 


In Actech, we have more than 40 years of experience building and manufacturing crushers VSI and marketing them all over the world. Our founder started in 1980 with Canica VSI Crushers and in 1998 began manufacturing the Actech line of VSI. 


A large part of Actech's business is servicing other brands of VSI crushers, this has allowed Actech to incorporate some of the best designs into its own line of crushers and develop some of its own. Actech offers 9 models of VSI crushers ranging from 75 tons per hour to 1000 TPH and feed sizes up to 8 inches. 


These models have several internal settings that can increase or decrease fines production as well as increase feed size by changing out the internal components, wear parts type or speed changes. In most material a vsi can be tuned to produce more chip sized products and less fines than a cone crusher.  or can produce twice the amount of cubical well graded sand than a high speed cone of the same horse power. 


Actech VSI crushers

Are available in both impeller/anvil and rotor/rock box internal configurations or a combination of either one to give you the ultimate versatility and most efficient crushing cost. Actech has developed many innovative improvements both in design and wear resistant materials to lower cost by improving performance as well as increasing wear life and up time. We utilize a proprietary 800 Brinell Chrome alloy that out last traditional 25% chrome Iron by up to double and have recently utilized a new process to line wear parts with tungsten carbide tiles that improve wear life up to 16 times.  

VSI after market sales and service 

In addition to manufacturing our own VSI product line, we also manufacture service  and supply spare parts and after-sales service for all other VSIs on the market, including wearing parts, bearing pedestals, tables, rotors, anvil rings, etc. rebuilding bearing pedestals, tables and rotors is standard business for us as well. 


Actech V250-5203 open circuit crushing plant 

V250 vsi with 300hp electric motor and Actech 5’x20’ 3deck screen and blending chutes so that all three decks can recirculate to the VSI crusher. The VSI feed conveyor and VSI side discharge under conveyor are both  36” wide. This plant is designed to incorporate our “Dry wash” air classifier system as an additional option. This plant is designed to produce 3 spec concrete or asphalt  at the same time products. The plant is designed with a 5’ wide screen so that it can be disassembled and shipped in two Connex ocean containers, it can also be expanded to a 6’ wide screen and upgrade to 400hp on the VSI  for domestic markets. The plant can be supplied with or without electrical controls and wiring.  

 The VSI is available with steel on steel, shoe anvil or rock on rock, rotor/rock box internal configurations.

Jaw crusher working principle:

The structure of the jaw crusher mainly contains frames, eccentric shafts, belt wheels, flywheels, movable jaws, and side protection plates, knee plates, and rear seat of knee plates, adjustable screws, leaf springs. , fixed jaw plates and movable jaw plates. The knee plate is the most important safety part. This series of jaw crusher machine uses curved extrusion to break. The motor drives the belt and belt wheel, through the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw to move up and down, when the eccentric shaft moves up, the angle between the knee plate and the movable jaw goes up , forcing the movable jaw to move towards the fixed jaw plate, and the material is ejected to the debris; When the eccentric shaft moves downward, the angle between the knee plate and the movable jaw drops, under the action of the drawbar and leaf spring, movable plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate, the debris is discharged from the crushing cavity at the same time. Continuous production was realized along with continuous rotation of the motor and periodic extrusion and discharge of the movable jaw.
